Brady Pederson has been a Mortgage Loan Officer since 2002 and has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, creative financing solutions, and a strong commitment to helping clients achieve homeownership. Since 2017, he has served as a producing Regional Manager with Imagine Home Lending, following more than 14 successful years as a producing Branch Manager with another mortgage company.

Having been involved in more than 5,000 successful loan closings, Brady's extensive experience sets him apart in today's lending environment. His deep underwriting knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to think outside the box allow him to structure and close even the most challenging transactions. He is highly experienced in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and investor loan programs, giving his clients confidence that they are receiving knowledgeable guidance regardless of their financing needs.

Brady believes that communication and accessibility are just as important as expertise. He makes himself available beyond traditional business hours and provides every client with his personal mobile phone number, ensuring they can reach him whenever questions arise throughout the loan process.

Outside of work, Brady has been married to his wife, Rachael, for 24 years. Together they have four wonderful daughters: Jocelynn, Jaeda, Alyssa, and Anja. Family is at the center of everything he does, and he enjoys spending time at the lake and creating lasting memories during their annual Caribbean vacations.

Brady is also an avid bowler and is passionate about growing the sport. He dedicates much of his free time to coaching young bowlers while continuing to compete in leagues and tournaments. His commitment to mentoring others reflects the same dedication, patience, and integrity that he brings to every client relationship.
